Do we pay a monthly agency retainer?

The default Giustudio model does not use a recurring agency retainer. Any exceptional direct cost must be discussed and approved before it is incurred.

What exactly counts as a result?

It may be a completed sale, accepted application, qualified appointment, or collected revenue. The precise trigger is agreed in writing before the pilot begins.

How are commissions verified?

Each referral receives a record. The partner updates qualification and conversion status, and commission is calculated using the agreed structure.

Are we locked into a long contract?

The pilot is designed to earn continuation through performance. Either side may stop according to the agreed terms while still honouring commissions on eligible referrals already introduced.
